沼氣發(fā)電是集環(huán)保和節(jié)能于一體的能源綜合利用新技術(shù),它利用工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)或城鎮(zhèn)生活中的大量有機(jī)廢棄物(例如:酒糟液、禽畜糞、城市垃圾和污水等)經(jīng)厭氧發(fā)酵處理產(chǎn)生的沼氣,驅(qū)動(dòng)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電,利用沼氣發(fā)電對(duì)氣體成分有的要求,氣體中的雜質(zhì)含量如Si、HS等應(yīng)控制在的范圍內(nèi),沼氣的溫度為10~60 ℃,壓力為 0~5kpa ,一般禽畜糞厭氧處理的沼氣都能滿足發(fā)電的氣質(zhì)要求,污水處理沼氣需要脫硫等處理,垃圾填埋沼氣需要脫水等處理。

國(guó)產(chǎn)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組一般以額定功率的80%運(yùn)行,則是實(shí)際裝機(jī)功率:37.5÷80%=46.87KW ,所以每天產(chǎn)氣500方的沼氣池,需要大于46.87KW的發(fā)電機(jī)組可以滿足要求。

1、濾清器保養(yǎng):

①空氣濾清器:每運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)50小時(shí),以空壓機(jī)口吹氣清算一次。每運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)500小時(shí)或當(dāng)警示安裝呈紅色時(shí)改換,改換濾芯后按頂端按鈕將指示重視定;

②機(jī)油濾清器:磨合期過(guò)后必需改換,以后每500小時(shí)或半年改換一次。改換濾清器后再開(kāi)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘,改換機(jī)油濾清器同時(shí)必需改換光滑油;
